    LAUGHING WITH PAIN

People who laugh more are better able to tolerate pain - Both physical and emotional.

    SLEEPING WITHOUT BRA

Sleeping without a bra improves quality of sleep by over 95% and is an effective way of treating insomnia.

Sleep is a great way to rest the muscles. Not just resting the muscles, during sleep the body undergoes repair and detoxification (remove toxins). Sleep also gives an opportunity for the immune system to perform optimally.

Therefore, wearing loose-fitting clothes or sleeping bare can accelerate and streamline the performance of the body. For ladies, sleeping without bra is helpful.

Wearing bra to sleep may make you experience some of these undesirable occurences:

    1. Sweaty
Regular bras will make one sweat and retain moisture. This can cause itching and may lead to injury. There are some special bras designed specifically for sleep, usually made of nylon or cotton material that can make your skin 'breathe'.

    2. Restlessness during sleep
Regular bras worn during the day are specifically designed to support the breast and give a beautiful shape. Bras like these are usually tight and toned and so are not comfortable while lying down or sleeping. This may cause troubled sleep.

    3. Insomnia
In extreme cases, wearing a bra while sleeping can be a factor in insomnia because the skin is not free to breathe.

    4. Breast cancer risk
Some studies have linked breast cancers with bra. It is recommended that bras are not worn for prolonged hours in a day.
