    LAUGHING WITH PAIN

People who laugh more are better able to tolerate pain - Both physical and emotional.

    SLEEPING WITHOUT BRA

Sleeping without a bra improves quality of sleep by over 95% and is an effective way of treating insomnia.

Sleep is a great way to rest the muscles. Not just resting the muscles, during sleep the body undergoes repair and detoxification (remove toxins). Sleep also gives an opportunity for the immune system to perform optimally.

Therefore, wearing loose-fitting clothes or sleeping bare can accelerate and streamline the performance of the body. For ladies, sleeping without bra is helpful.

Wearing bra to sleep may make you experience some of these undesirable occurences:

    1. Sweaty
Regular bras will make one sweat and retain moisture. This can cause itching and may lead to injury. There are some special bras designed specifically for sleep, usually made of nylon or cotton material that can make your skin 'breathe'.

    2. Restlessness during sleep
Regular bras worn during the day are specifically designed to support the breast and give a beautiful shape. Bras like these are usually tight and toned and so are not comfortable while lying down or sleeping. This may cause troubled sleep.

    3. Insomnia
In extreme cases, wearing a bra while sleeping can be a factor in insomnia because the skin is not free to breathe.

    4. Breast cancer risk
Some studies have linked breast cancers with bra. It is recommended that bras are not worn for prolonged hours in a day.

FACTS YOU DID NOT KNOW ABOUT VALENTINE

    FACTS ABOUT VALENTINES

    1. The real Saint Valentine didn't have much fun. Nobody is even sure if he was Valentine of Rome, or Valentine of Terni. Neither found love - just a beating and decapitation by the Romans.

    2. Can you guess who gets most valentines? It's teachers.

    3. In 1797, a British publisher issued The Young Man's Valentine Writer. It was full of suggested sentimental verses for the young lover unable to compose his own.

    4. What started the card craze? The fall in postal rates in the 19th century – the Penny Post - got English Victorians sending cards by mail.

    5. The post meant you could send anonymously. Is this why there was a sudden appearance of racy verse from the otherwise prudish Victorians?

    6. The US Greeting Card Association estimates approximately 190,000,000 valentines are sent each year in America. That's the same as sending 3 to everyone in France.

    7. No surprise … in the 1980's, the diamond industry began to promote Valentine's day as an occasion to give jewellery.

    8. An estimated 15 million e-valentines were sent in 2010.

    SURPRISE OF DEATH

    SURPRISE OF DEATH

People die every day, and the news of death has different effects on people depending on how close or dear the deceased had been.
The very thought of death freaks people out and they do not wish to talk about it or even think about it. It is like the very thought of it makes its visitation more imminent.
However, the truth is that it is an EXPECTED end to every living being. And going by its trend, it may visit at any moment and like a thief, it takes life away.
Why does death set emotions loose at its wake?
    Why is it so devastating?
Why does it leave us surprised?
Why is there no technology to bring back life?
This goes to show how unprepared the human nature is for death even though it is an EXPECTED phenomenon. It leaves behind memories, wishes and longings.
Live life while you still have it, it is not yours for keeps. Discover a good use for it, and positively affect people who you still have around. When they are gone, you cannot affect them anymore; not by befitting funerals, not by nicely composed eulogies, not by expensive memorials…
They are gone, and you should prepare to meet yours!
